Can A Herpes Sore Be Painless

From the sounds of it the sores you get are painless too so what would alert them? Finding out you have herpes can be a very difficult experience. After looking up all of my symptoms (8 painless sores, swolen glands and burning pee) I have narrowed it to either herpes or syphilis.
